Working Principle:
The machine uses a pair of non-driven meshing gears as the compaction working parts, operating on the principle of volumetric continuous compression extrusion granulation. It has a wider range of material adaptability, higher particle strength, and uniform length. The particle shape is cylindrical, with a diameter generally selectable between 2.0-8.0mm, and a granulation rate ≥95%.
Application Scope:
The machine is widely applicable to granulation of products such as catalysts, additives, auxiliaries, daily chemicals, carbon black, and pesticides.
