This machine is used for conveying dry materials, powders, and granules in pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical industries, and other industrial sectors.
Working Principle:
The belt conveyor mainly consists of two end rollers and a closed conveying belt tightly wrapped around them. The rotating roller that provides power is called the drive roller, while the other roller, which only changes the direction of the conveyor belt's movement, is called the deflection roller. The drive roller is powered by an electric motor through a reducer. The conveyor belt is driven by the friction between the drive roller and the belt. Drive rollers are typically installed at the discharge end to provide strong traction, facilitating the conveyance. Materials are fed into the feeding section, fall onto the rotating belt, and are transported to the discharge end by the friction of the conveyor belt.
