Water Dispersible Granule Extruder

Working Principle:
The granules produced by this machine are extruded through a screw rod and steel plate with strong pressure, resulting in regular shapes, dense texture, minimal fine powder, and resistance to moisture absorption. The product has a long shelf life and is particularly suitable for producing granular preparations in traditional Chinese medicine, chemical industry, and food processing. It is especially applicable for granulation of materials that cannot be processed by wet methods. The size of the granules can be adjusted by replacing the sieve mesh. This equipment can form a complete fully automatic production line controlled by PLC, integrated with grinding and drying processes. Examples include various water-dispersible granules (WDG) such as abamectin, glyphosate, metribuzin, atrazine, ammonium salts; various food additives; and poultry, fish, and shrimp feed.
