Integrates mixing, granulation and drying functions into one unit. It features high automation, fast granule formation and rapid drying performance.
Working Principle
Single or multiple powder raw materials for granulation are fluidized inside the fluid bed while being mixed simultaneously. Binder is atomized and sprayed onto the fluidized material surface via a special spray gun. Materials agglomerate into granules and get dried, with evaporated moisture exhausted by the fan.
