1. Heating Methods: Steam, Electric, or Dual Steam-Electric (steam and electric), for user selection.
2. Operating Temperature: 50-140°C with steam heating; maximum 150°C.
3. With electric or far-infrared heating: 50-350°C.
4. Common Steam Pressure: 0.02-0.8 Mpa (0.2-8 kg/cm²).
5. For electric heating configuration: Type I is equipped with 1.5 kW; practical power consumption calculated at 5-8 W/h.
6. Special requirements can be met through non-standard design.
7. When operating temperature exceeds 140°C or is below 60°C, this must be specified at the time of ordering.
8. The company's factory-produced drying carts and trays have unified dimensions and are interchangeable. Additional drying carts and trays can be added separately.
9. Drying Tray Dimensions: 460*640*45 (mm).

Application Scope:
The machine is used for heating, curing, drying, and dehydration of materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, agricultural by-products, aquatic products, light industry, and heavy industry. Examples include raw drugs, herbal medicines, Chinese medicinal slices, extracts, powders, granules, effervescent tablets, water pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried fruits and melons, sausages, plastic resins, electrical components, and baking paints.
