Working Principle
The ultrafine pulverizer is a vertical shaft impact micro pulverizer, capable of accomplishing two processing steps of ultrafine grinding and fine powder classification simultaneously.
It is composed of the machine body, frame, feeding device, grinding assembly, discharge pipe, transmission device and motor. The complete air turbine micro-powder unit is matched with the main machine, dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan, air lock, cyclone collector and electric control cabinet.
Particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily without shutdown. The finished powder features uniform fineness down to 5–10 μm. The machine comes with an automatic cooling function.
