The outer spiral conveys material from both sides towards the center, while the inner spiral transports it from the center to both sides, creating a convective mixing effect.
Application Scope:
Ribbon blenders are generally used for mixing viscous or cohesive powders/granules, as well as for adding liquid and paste materials into powder/granule mixtures. Due to the difficulty in cleaning viscous materials, they are suitable for large-scale production scenarios where product changes are infrequent.
