Structure and Performance:
The machine consists of a hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling, motor, and other components. The oscillation chamber includes an eccentric wheel, rubber soft pad, main shaft, bearings, and other parts. Adjustable eccentric weights, driven by the motor, are transmitted to the centerline of the main shaft. In an unbalanced state, this generates centrifugal force, forcing the material to change its trajectory within the sieve, forming a vortex. The amplitude of the hammer regulator can be adjusted according to different materials and sieve meshes. The entire machine has a compact structure, small volume, no dust emission, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, and is easy to move and maintain.
