Vibration Sifting Machine

Main Applications:
This machine is an ideal device for stratified screening and grading of granular and powdered materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, feed, and construction.

Working Principle:
The machine consists of three main parts: a sieve box, a vibration source, and vibration dampers. The vibration frame is connected to the sieve box, with 4-12 sets of soft rubber dampers fixed at the top and bottom. It generates centrifugal force, and the floating amplitude is controlled by the dampers to allow the material to stratify and pass through the sieve downward, thereby meeting the required optimal working conditions. This machine can smoothly screen materials that are prone to clogging sieve holes due to high fiber content, high viscosity, and high moisture.
